Biomass aluminum melting furnace is mainly used to melt aluminium scrap or ingot.Biomass burner are integrated with furnace;the burning is fully;there is no pollution;the melting speed is faster and could save energy.The operation and maintenance is easy.Compared with traditional oil furnace,which could save 30-60% cost.At present it’s the best way to save manufacturing cost.

(1) Use cheap renewable biomass pellet as source,the cost is lower.

(2) Adopt special burning chamber design,burner integrated with furnace,which could realize biomass pellet burning fully;the gastified part will burn again in the furnace chamber;the heat loss is less and thermal efficiency is higher.

(3) There is no burnning nozzle structure,which could avoid frequent maintenance.

(4) Biomass pellet and blower are controlled by frequency converter,the operation is convenient.

(5) Adopt multiple protective measures to avoid backfire,flameout and pellet jam when furnace pressure is lower.
